Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing:
Once an order is received, our usual dispatch time is 2-3 business days or 3-5 days during busy times. If you have an urgent order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to speed up the prep of your order.
Currently Wild Blush is a very small business, run by a small team. It takes a little while to process the orders and get everything shipped out but we are constantly working towards shipping out your orders at the earliest.
Delivery:
Once shipped please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.
Please note that we use a third-party logistics company for delivery, so delivery timelines are beyond our control and depend entirely on our logistics partner.
During monsoons and festive seasons, please allow an additional 3 business days for your orders to reach you.

Delays, Damage or Loss of Parcel:
We use reliable shipping vendors for our shipments via courier. Please note, we are not a courier company, therefore we are not liable in anyway for any delay or loss in delivery of your order. If your order has not reached you within the estimated time that your tracking details contain please reach out to the logistics company with the order tracking details.
It is vital that all details for shipping such as : Full Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Postal address, are accurate for the delivery to occur smoothly. We are not responsible for any orders with incomplete or wrong shipping details facing issues with delivery.
In case you have received a damaged parcel, please shoot an unedited unboxing video of the damaged box and products and share it with us immediately. We will then be able to take it up with the shipping aggregator. If more than 48 hours pass after receiving such a parcel, we will not be not be liable to the damaged products or box. We will be unable to refund or have your product returned to us as we will not be able to take it up with the courier company.
