In consideration of the unique nature of our products, regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns. We are unable to resell a product that has been outside our supervision hence all sales are final.

At Wild Blush, we take personal care to ensure the products are packed well and due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide store credit under certain conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48hrs of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, photographic and video evidence. Once verified, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged or defective product. Submitting an unedited unboxing video to us is mandatory to make any claims with the third-party courier company tasked with delivering your order.

Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Include your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide store credit if the item is no longer available.
No exchange or return can be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color variations. (The scent and color of organic ingredients may vary from harvest to harvest depending on environmental and soil conditions.)
Please Note: We strongly recommend doing a patch test before using our products. We are 100% transparent with our ingredients which help you avoid anything that isn't suitable for your skin type.
It's important to note that our free shipping is extended as a special discount. In the rare event of returned items, a minimal shipping charge will be applied. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
